SNC-20G Has Accomplished High-Precision Grinding
SNC-20GA new series equipped with grindstone spindle on the basis of our high precision machining technology with high rigidity and special thermal control.
Newly-developed software for making aspheric machining program (option) and new servo function are added, which has achieved high-precision, high-efficient grinding for hardened material and tungsten carbide for small lens metal mold.

The newest NC and absolute scale (X,Z axes) for 10nm enables least command increment 10nm, which has greatly improved shape accuracy and surface finish.

SNC-28TG Equipped with 2 Grindstone Spindles
SNC-28TG, based on the SNC-20G, is an NC grinding machine equipped with 2 grindstone spindles of vertical/diagonal and horizontal.
In grinding of metal mold for optical lenses, it is possible to choose either “vertical-horizontal” or “diagonal- horizontal”.

Any two of the three patterns (vertical, diagonal, horizontal) can be selected, and it can handle a wide range of variations by just changing the grindstone spindle. As a result, retooling time has been cut to 50% or less of conventional systems.
